1) How are the roles and responsibilities different for a teacher of KG2 and a teacher of Grade 5?

This is different for different ages each ages have different roles and responsibilities. Teachers must know what the student want for example students who in KG2 want skills more than teaching, unlike the grade five.

Reflection 2

 Teacher roles and responsibilities are very important to organization work and without these roles it will be chaos, such as the small house consists of small family it wants to put roles so education organisation wants a lot for these roles and responsibilities. Also these roles help students and teachers to keep their rights and not lost it. 

 when I did this observation I surprised when teacher take a long time to do planning, and I think this is because in this class have 5 different levels, and each levels want different work and practices. I shocked because teacher must responsibilities approximately 50 children in two classes to see what they want and gave them homework and practice and teacher must care for most of students to understand the subjects.

 I delighted when I see most of children collaborators with teacher to do this roles and responsibilities. My teacher use fantastic teaching strategy and I loved this strategy. Every day when start lesson she ask students to take small board and pen to do practice how to say and write litters and this is help students to write and read any word and this is fantastic thing I see in this two classes.
