Observation Task 4


Some activities for children in class                         

1)    What the teacher and the learners are doing:

Teacher say for children site in the carpet to explain about (we, the, I, you, have) then ask their how to say that words and back for their groups and make simple sentence.
Students site in the carpet and listen what teacher say than they go to their groups to do their activity.

Teacher arranges the children I to group of 6
Children listen to teacher and then get in to group of 4.

Teacher say for children sit in the carpet and she explain to draw shapes and write name of this shapes in their group.

some questions for my teacher .. 


1)    How do you plan? Do you plan weekly or daily? Do you plan as part of team or individually?

-  For planning we did it weekly, but from this week the hoofs changed it to once every 2 weeks, we stay late after school every 2 weeks to plan. We come up with the outcomes for the following week together, and plan some activities then we each take a subject to type up then we put all three subjects together. We share resources.


2)    In your lessons do you ever do anything you have not planned to do? Why?

- Yes, sometimes I do things that have not been planned. Example, I teach the same lessons in the morning as the afternoon , if it did not go well in the morning then I'll try it differently in the afternoon. Or sometimes I have a better idea after the plans have been made so it gets changed
For importance, it depends. It's important to do my job properly which means there are learning outcomes that I have to teach, that's what I start with, the outcome, then its trying to make it interesting and fun for the children.


3)    What are the most important things with all the children in the classroom? Why\ why not?

- It's important they see examples and demonstrations
When you differentiate for the children they do not always do the same thing. Some things are the same, for example, when we learn a new letter sound all students complete the same activity. Then most of the time the students are doing things slightly different but also learning the same outcome
Yesterday for example : reading the story, all students were reading but when I sat with the red table I read the story to the children and also asked them to tell me what was happening. Some children it is as simple as "can you point to the elephant"
Still reading/listening to story but done differently


 Reflection 4

   you can even thing becoming good teacher to do bast when they do planning lesson. Planning help to organization and ideas and to decide on what to do on time, during the lesson you can always look quickly at yo plain to know what comes next it will help you to keep the lesson organization.
You have know the students and see what they need and what take also. And you have as the teacher you have ready to teach and see the students are the understand or not and see all the students are they listening to me and do practicing.

    I observe, planning is very important for teachers to be bast and organization their class.
I am very  afraid about planning because this job is hard and want it a long time to do it and you must to see students level and some classes has more different levels and they want different practices and teaching. 

   When I did this observation I learn many things such as planning is so important and when did any planning you must to see the students level also
you have as a teaching always to be visible some this, special if you going a teaching sometime it good be difficult, it is always to have planning A and B. Some time it is correct and incorrect, maybe it will be more difficult for student than you must to do a great, but when you have two plans it will be ready.
